Payment:
Account changes become effective from the following calendar month.

Changing to and from the flat rate account costs $20.00 including GST

Monthly accounts are paid a month in advance on the 20th of the month.

If you pay by automatic payment and this form is submitted after the 10th of the month we will invoice you for the upgrade cost for the following month to allow you time to change your automatic payment form to cover subsequent months.

If you pay annually we will invoice you for the upgrade cost to cover the remainder of your year.

If you are downgrading your account and are due a refund we will send you a cheque.

 

Method of Payment
PLEASE NOTE For credit card deductions we will make the deduction and send an invoice as confirmation. For cheque payments, payment is required on reciept of invoice.
