A Sphere of Ions, around a central Globe. Due to the fact that charge always moves to the outside of a Sphere , is there a charge left on the Globe or Earth inside ? .
Here, on the surface of the Earth, we are stuck inside a huge battery, between two curved terminals or plates, one being the Earths surface & the other being the Ionosphere !. The flow of current between the plates is the force with which we refer to as ' GRAVITY ! ' .This current is due to the induced charge on the Earths surface, from the Ion Belt by induction.
The prime source for all our Local Electric Phenonomer - THE SUN ! . Here we see it sending forward another blast of the Solar Wind , these waves of energy travel to Earth, where they grind against our outer Magnetic field. This friction causes not only Heat but also STATIC ELECTRICITY ! , which encircles our planet as the IONOSPHERE. Rays such as Ultra Violet & X Rays reach further into our Magnetic Field and interact with the Plasma of the Ion Belt.The Suns outbursts occur in a regular 12 year cycle of Sun Spot Activity, so as the Suns activity increases the extra Static causes the Ion Belt to increase,increasing the electric potential between the Earth & Ion Belt ,and hence causes Gravity to change also ?.
Here we see the Ionosphere, in purple, encircling the Earth.This dynamic band of electricity charged 'Plasma' varies in distance or 'altitude' from the surface,typically between 65 - 965 Km from the surface. The charge on the Solawind particle is transferred to create the Ion Belt
Here we see the associated ' Van Allen Belt ' (in gold) ,its changing position matches the Ion Belt.The plumes of blue signify the layers of Magnetic Field, and how they funnel into the Earth at the Poles, causing a tube of current which displaces the Ion Belt from the Pole area resulting in the luminescent Auroal displays, seen at the Poles.

This process of Static Electric Generation (AC) , sets up the magnetic field of the Earth also, which creates a further electric flow at the Equator being Direct or 'DC' current . Hence the system is similar to a giant rectifier.
Seen here from Space, the Clouds Positive Discharge Shell or Mass above the Cloud( in red, & reaching up into the Ionosphere) ,is of a rounded and EVEN form, opposite to the Negative Discharge Spike or Falk we refer to as Lightning. Below is seen a white flash which is where the Cloud has illuminated itself, from the Lightning flash below This is typical of positive/negative discharge setups,where we see sharp Negative discharges and rounded Positive discharges, which reinforces the Cloud Induction Process.
Lightning almost always discharges over Land , very seldom does it discharge over Water or the Oceans. This would suggest that the Land has an opposite charge to the Lightning, which causes the two to attract, however the Oceans may have a similar charge which would repel.
A dynamic system, where A leads to B ,leads to C, etc. This is especially so near the surface where weather changes continually.
The Earths Weather Patterns are directly related to this electro gradient.Clouds can be thought of as also drifting between the two plates, they are also influenced by the Land/Sea factors.Thermal forces also disturb atmospheric conditions.

Plasma(Charge) carried along M lines to form Plasma Shell or Ion Belt. Also E lines involved. Why a Ozone hole?, polar holes?
The Radio interference from the Ion Belt settles down during the nighttime, to allow better reception of local Radio programs. This interference is due to the higher level of Solar Rays during the direct Sunlight hours. Large Solar outbursts have the same effect which destabilize the reflective properties of the Ion Belt, causing a weaker Radio signal reception. Outbursts from the Sun can be large enough to knock out a TV Satelite or for that matter - all Life on Earth ! .
We know that Gravity is a Force(think about F=m.a ), & that being of this dimension must be made of vibrating molecules which in turn must have a waveform. This Waveform , once identified,can be exploited to negate the force of Gravity, by creating a equal & opposite waveform. Here we have the classic 'Tractor Beam' or 'Gravity Ray' of Sci Fi, which is nothing more than a "Frequency Cannon" ! . By firing this cannon at an object we can raise the frequency of the object to match the opposite of Gravity s force, and hence Levitate the object !.
The various plant growths on the Planets surface , are filters which plug into this electric field, so they also fluctuate with this cycle.
