CHANGING TO THE NEW 0867 NUMBER

Customers need to change to the following numbers:

For Flat rate accounts         086775555

For all other accounts          086775263

To change your dial up number

Open up My Computer on your desktop. Usually it is the icon in the top left hand corner of the screen.

Select Dial-Up Networking

Right mouse click on the Planet icon and select properties.

Change the telephone number to the correct number and untick the check box which says "Use country code and area code". Click OK.   If you have an icon on your desktop for Planet delete it then drag the updated icon from the dial networking folder over the desktop and drop it on. If it says it can only create a short cut then select yes.
